Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 18, 2024
Last Updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OUKU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (also referred to as "Ouku," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Dream Puzzle Journey (the "Game"). OUKU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is the controller of the information described in this Policy unless otherwise stated. Features, service providers, and data practices may differ by platform, country or region, and app version. Where practices differ, the disclosures for the platform and version you use apply.

Current iOS privacy notice: As of the Last Updated date, the current iOS release does not access Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), does not integrate Adjust or AppLovin MAX, and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. The current iOS release uses first-party identifiers and gameplay information only for app functionality and analytics as described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User ID

We assign a guest user ID so that the Game can identify a player installation, maintain game progress, support cloud synchronization where available, provide customer support, and associate gameplay records with the correct player. If an optional platform account sign-in feature is available and you choose to use it, we may receive the account identifier and limited profile information provided by that platform.

1.2 Product Interaction and Game Progress

We collect information about how you use the Game, such as app launches, levels entered and completed, gameplay duration, feature interactions, rewards, virtual items, game progress, and other in-game actions. We use this information to operate the Game, preserve progress, understand player behavior, balance content, troubleshoot service issues, and improve features.

1.3 Purchase History

If you make an in-app purchase, we may process the purchased product, transaction or order identifier, receipt or purchase token, purchase status, entitlement status, and related fraud-prevention information. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or bank account details.

1.4 IP Address and Coarse Location

Our servers may receive your IP address when the Game communicates with them. We may use the IP address to derive an approximate country or region for service operation, security, regional configuration, and aggregated analytics. We do not collect precise GPS location through the current iOS release. Coarse location is not used for cross-app tracking in the current iOS release.

1.5 Support Communications

If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, player ID, screenshots, purchase details, and the content of your support request. We use this information only to respond to the request, investigate the issue, protect users, and meet legal obligations.

2. Current iOS App Privacy Summary

The following summary reflects the current iOS release as of the Last Updated date:

Data Type Purpose Linked to User Used for Tracking
Coarse Location Analytics Yes No
User ID App Functionality; Analytics Yes No
Purchase History App Functionality; Analytics Yes No
Product Interaction App Functionality; Analytics Yes No

The current iOS release does not use Coarse Location, User ID, Purchase History, or Product Interaction data for tracking as Apple defines that term. In particular, we do not link this data with third-party data for targeted advertising or advertising measurement, share it with a data broker, or use it to track a user across apps or websites owned by other companies.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

4. Advertising, Attribution, and App Tracking Transparency

The availability of advertisements and attribution services may differ by platform, region, and app version.

Current iOS release: The current iOS release does not access IDFA, does not initialize Adjust or AppLovin MAX, and does not perform cross-app tracking.

Future iOS releases: If a future iOS release introduces advertising or attribution features that require tracking permission, we will update the applicable privacy disclosures and request authorization through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing IDFA or enabling tracking. If you decline or restrict permission, we will not access IDFA or use your data for cross-app tracking. Core gameplay will remain available, although contextual or non-personalized advertising may be shown where applicable. ATT authorization is separate from any consent required under the GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy rules, or an applicable consent management platform. ATT authorization alone will not be treated as consent for personalized advertising or non-essential advertising measurement where separate consent is required.

Android and other platforms: Depending on the version, region, enabled features, and your consent choices, advertising or attribution partners may process advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, and technical information to provide ads, prevent fraud, measure campaigns, or attribute installs. Platform privacy controls and any consent interface presented in the Game can be used to manage applicable choices.

5. Service Providers and Sharing

We may share information with service providers that process it on our behalf for hosting, cloud save, analytics, customer support, purchase verification, security, advertising, or attribution. We require service providers to handle information for the authorized purpose and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Current iOS release: The current iOS release uses our service infrastructure and vendors that support hosting, cloud save, first-party analytics logging, customer support, security, and App Store purchase processing or verification. It does not enable Adjust, AppLovin MAX, Google advertising services, or third-party advertising networks.

Other platforms or future releases: Depending on the platform, region, app version, enabled features, and applicable consent choices, service providers may include:

The providers in the preceding list are not enabled in the current iOS release merely because they are listed here. Before AppLovin MAX mediation or another advertising mediation service is enabled in a future release, we will update this Policy or provide a current advertising partner list identifying the networks actually enabled. The applicable App Store privacy disclosures, Google Play Data safety disclosures, and consent management platform vendor list will be kept consistent with the enabled providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the security of the Game, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases may include:

App Tracking Transparency authorization is separate from consent that may be required under privacy laws for advertising cookies, SDK processing, or personalized advertising.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the need to provide or secure the Game, account or progress status, support and dispute requirements, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Purchase and transaction records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, consumer protection, and anti-fraud laws. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, unless continued retention is legally required.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No security measure is completely effective, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, including countries whose data protection laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

To submit a privacy request, contact kirin@oukusg.com. To help us locate the correct record, include your in-game player ID and the platform you use. We may need to verify your request before completing it.

You can manage iOS tracking permission, when applicable, under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Android advertising controls vary by device and operating system version and are generally available under the device's privacy or advertising settings.

11. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell personal information for money. The current iOS release does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use personal information for targeted advertising. Before a future release or another platform engages in an activity that is treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and an applicable opt-out method, such as a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control or an equivalent privacy choice. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

12. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required parental consent. In regions where a higher age threshold applies to consent-based processing, we follow the applicable local requirement. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices. We will update the Last Updated date and provide any additional notice required by law. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.
